I’ve always been someone who builds things from scratch. As a kid, that meant spreading Legos across the floor and turning random pieces into houses, cars, and whatever characters were living in my imagination that week. Now, it looks like building creative strategies and digital campaigns that actually connect with people.
I currently lead content strategy at 5+8, where I get to work closely with brands across different industries and bring their ideas to life. I care deeply about the work I put out there, from the visuals to the messaging to the tiny details most people would overlook. I can take an idea from concept to camera to campaign, and I’m always thinking about who it’s for and whether it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.
Over time, I’ve become especially drawn to the strategic and analytical side of digital marketing. I love understanding how audiences behave, testing ideas, and refining performance through paid media. There’s something exciting about pairing storytelling with data and watching both sides shape the final result.
Outside of agency life, I’ve spent the last decade immersed in live music photography. I’m currently part of the in-house photo team at White Oak Music Hall and have worked for artists like Bleachers, Two Door Cinema Club, and LANY. What started as pure passion grew into paid work and creative relationships, and it continues to shape how I approach storytelling in my career.
Along the way, I also started HTX VOX, an online publication focused on capturing Houston’s live music scene. What started as just me has grown into a small community of photographers, where the focus is less on traditional coverage and more on giving each person the space to bring their own creativity into how they shoot and tell stories.
